Crazy Combi 3D released
If so, then Crazy Combi 3D is for you.

The object of the game is to race through the streets of Lima, leaping over obstacles like slower-moving taxis and collecting special items along the way.
Crazy Combi has been around for a while on Facebook, where they currently have over 200,000 active monthly users (plus one more today after I found out about them), but just yesterday they released Crazy Combi 3D, which includes multiplayer options and special items that you can pick up along the way to help you win. It looks like you’ll soon be able to purchase items on their website to jazz up your combi, as well.
It’s only for PC, so someone out there who’s not on a Mac needs to download it and tell us all how it plays!

“Eba, eba! Que lástima!” LOL
Looks like a fun game. Are there many kombis in Peru? They’re so rare here in Brazil!
Tons of combis! In case people are wondering: They’re little vans that seat about 12-18 people and cram at least that many more in the narrow aisle. They’re by far faster than the bus, but they’re pretty crowded and mildly terrifying!
Important to note the difference between Kombi and Combi.
Kombi is short for the German “Kombinationskraftwagen”, another name for the Volkswagen Type 2 “Bus”. The shorthand “Kombi” became popular in Brazil, a major production hub that exported VWs across South America. The name caught on everywhere, in Peru too.
As VW buses faded into history they were replaced with little low-quality cheap Japanese and Korean vans which were commonly called “Combi”s thanks to a long history of referring to little passenger carrying vans as “Kombi”s.

A “combi” is the thing that kills your nearest and dearest.

When I was 20, I took my first steps out into the world of solo travel. I had just spent a month in Spain with a school group, and I was planning on ending my trip with a week in Holland visiting relatives. The week of travel that would take me from Spain to Holland felt like a trapeze stunt–I was released from Salamanca and I went soaring through the air, wildly hoping that I would be caught safe and sound by my relatives. It was terrifying, nerve-wracking, amazing, lonely, and life-changing.
Stephanie Lee parses through that terror in her new e-book The Art of Solo Travel: A Girl’s Guide.
