Fairmail and Kids and photos.
The job requirements were to be able to work for a minimum of 8 weeks and be fluent in Spanish. We had five weeks and I knew Gracias and Por Favor. In the end they needed a teacher and were willing to give us a shot. So, Jessie translated and played good cop and I devised lessons and pushed them to take better photos (bad cop.) There were eight kids that ranged in age from thirteen to sixteen. The older ones were obviously better and the younger ones lacked inspiration. So, we enphasized content in the photo, simple design, and getting out there and takeing lots of photos. I was very happy to see that after five weeks the youngsters were taking action and the older students were refining their skills. So, here is to the Fairmail kids and their great photos. All of these photos were taken by the kids of Fairmail in a 5 week period. Check ‘em out, help ‘em out.
